    Oil analysis value trends so we can track subsets of data in the analysis over time and catch trends.

    We haven't recieved any thus far. We do have two from our own aircraft which doesn't give us critical data needed for the multitude of types. Please send to support@hobbsmate.com

    SNF Feedback was strong on bringing in STCs if we can.

    We've added this to the backlog. Right now you can add them to your documents and search for them that way as a workaround.

  • Club Support

    We are planning on supporting clubs in FY26. It's really important to us to get the little things right before expanding to the load of multiple clubs - issues can compound fast!\ \ We're looking to support:\ - Improved scheduling\ - Club member management\ - Billing\ - Permissions based on roles within the organization\ - Improved Policies\ \ There is likely more!

    We've partnered with a smaller club and are actively integrating feedback.

    SNF Feedback was heard! Adding "My Logbook" to capture any flight time within the system. - All required flight log fields - Reporting tools - Intelligence like automating the flight log e.g. photo logger photos were taken at night on that date-time so we pre-fill night, etc. - Allow aircraft owners to "link" other users flights in their aircraft for analytics.

  • Corporate flight departments

    A flight department can run its company fleet in HobbsMate: who is flying, what is booked, and the aircraft they operate, including jets and turboprops. A department flying a HondaJet and a Pilatus is using this now. Scheduling, trip records, and logging are in active use with that department. We are tightening the day-to-day fit for department admins and crews as they fly it.

    SNF Feedback was telling on this one. There are a LOT of options when it comes to the aircraft logbooks space. We know its important and are seeking opinions from our community on whether to integrate or partner with a 3rd party or build it ourselves. What matters to YOU with this feature? What about pricing?     Allow pictures or documents to be attached to the item e.g. annual inspection log entry. Makes finding the documentation a lot easier. Along with this idea - if we add a logbook entry to our aircraft logs we should be able to update the corresponding items.

    On the pilot profile under medical info. Can you make it where it shows time til 1st, 2nd and 3rd class privileges each expire? On my medical certificate there is no expiration only an issue date. So if mine was issued in May of 2025, I lost 1st class privileges in May of 2026, 2nd May of 2027 and 3rd will expire May 2030 but I only need 3rd to instruct so that’s the most important date to me right now. Just a thought.

    Ability to pull in FlightAware type of ADS-B data. This way when I upload a picture it can potentially figure out the full flight info, and not just at the point where the pic was taken. And maybe if I don't have pics uploaded yet for my flight it shows the flights from FlightAware as options to pick from to begin the entry with.

    When adding every possible AD for an aircraft some users get a massive wall of ADs plus non-ADs in their aircraft status. Possibly clean this up with linking to the annual, etc. or a sub section, etc. In its current state its not that useful.

    Would be nice to have a simple single entry to update the status of individual items such as Hobbs/tach time without having to enter a flight. Also consider a simple “full fuel” single entry or a simple “fuel at tabs” quick entry for those not wishing to keep track of all flights. I’m using the web version, so perhaps this is already in the app version. A single click update is what I’m looking for with minimal update. Today the fuel is full. Today the tach is X hrs.

  • FAA a/c Type Designator lookup

    e.g. if I put in the above it figures out that the FFA ident is C172. I’m not sure where that would be useful, maybe in AD lookups or similar. Would it make sense to normalize the model by default?
